Dispatch Department
Every solid
organization has a core department. At Team TSI
our dispatch department provides that solid core
from which all great things happen. We have the
people and experience so that we can easily manage any size job or
project for you.
Through the
TSI
Process, and utilizing the
TSI Tracker, the
dispatch department receives all of the incoming
orders, contacts the customer and schedules the
work in a timely manner. Working closely with
the installation department they keep apprised
of everything going on in the field and relay
this information back to Team TSI and the
vendors/customers. They make sure that all of
the information in the Tracker is accurate and
that the install technicians know of any special
instructions. The work orders are then forwarded
every evening and the next day they verify the
accuracy of the incoming completed work.
All of this means
that you as the vendor/customer will be on the
receiving end of the highest quality “World
Class” customer service in the industry.
